The Bloodridge Freedom Group (more famously known as "Ridgers") are the famed group of troops headed by SOSOCLES the Green! They have developed a range of WOCs (Workout Cards) that focus on achieving a form of stage 3 fitness (achieving tactical combatives training while conditioning) in the Summer of 2020. This was all done to not only fight the obesity epidemic, but to put fitness in a more positive, gamified light. Participants in various programs, such as the "Munifex," program, not only have a chance of whipping themselves into fighting shape, but can do it with no equipment and can train on various skills associated with combat. Ridgers also prove this frequently, engaging in online fitness battles by using the Habitica website. Through these efforts, a civilian version of the Army's VBS (Virtual Battle Space, a video game meant to simulate the realistic fitness of soldiers in a battle field) is achieved. Future intents of BFG is to present various fitness topics (dancing, martial arts, power workouts) that will allow bringing people a cursory education on the topics and maintaining or acquiring an elite level of fitness.
