When I was about 10 or 11 years old my parent gave me my first camera. It was a little 110 film camera but I loved it. Even back then I would bring my camera to school, my grandparents' houses, and other everyday things. I first really fell in love with photography on a trip to Canada in 1981. It was our first vacation without my brother and sister. (they are older and stayed home) Peggy's Cove Nova Scotia and Hopewell Cape, New Brunswick Canada were our main spots. Peggy's Cove was my favorite. I loved it there. It was it the first Lighthouse I ever went to. Not only was it were I fell in love with photography, but also Lighthouses. I was hooked on both. When I was 15 my parents bought me a Canon AE1, which I used until I went digital SLR in 2007. I now use a Canon 5d Mark 3, which I love. It's not my only camera, but it's the newest and my favorite so far! I love photographing landscapes especially on Cape Cod. I'd love to live there one day. After many years of friends and family telling me I needed to do more with my photos I started using Zazzle and Fine Art America to display my photos for sale on line.
