A grateful alcoholic in recovery. My sobriety date is 17th May 2008. I got sober in an isolated village with lots of bars and nothing else and no transport to get out (I still live there today). I have never been to an AA meeting, but one day at a time I find the support I need via the internet and telephone. I love sobriety - it truly does rock!!!
