I established the Forgiveness Store because I feel that people often hold grudges over petty things. Life is short and all that time holding grudges takes time away from being able to heal the troubled relationship. If people communicate and come to a mutual understanding about a situation, the less likely that they'll have conflict. Most of the time, all it takes is saying "I'm sorry" and making an honest effort to make the relationship better.
