Our story began with the common frustrations shared with other residents in the Appalachian region of the United States on the correct pronunciation of our land. It was when the bright idea hit us that we should make clothing to educate all of the fine people that come to visit this area. We got the idea from a local writer who stated it should be pronounced as, "as if someone is throwing an apple at ya." While we cannot take all of the credit for the saying; I think you will agree that we have come up with a design that any Appalachian would be proud to wear! So please enjoy our store as it is a continuous work in progress for us.
