Over the past few years, our family has been stricken with various illnesses and discomforts that could not be treated by medical professionals. After countless doctor's visits, trips to the ER, and seeing specialists, we made the decision to change the one thing we had full control over: the way we eat. The decision to become vegans has changed our lives drastically. Developing healthy habits, increasing our overall energy, and discovering new foods are just some of the benefits from going vegan.
