We founded WildTrack (wildtrack.org) to research better ways of monitoring and protecting the endangered species we share our planet with. Using our award-winning footprint identification technique (FIT) and other non-invasive techniques such as camera-trapping and DNA analysis, WildTrack monitors a wide range of species across 5 continents, from cheetah and rhino in Africa, to mountain lion and tapir in the Americas, to Giant panda and Amur tiger in Asia. We mesh technology with the skills of local communities to monitor endangered species without causing them harm or disturbance.
