I'm a nature & wildlife photographer located in Wallops Island, Va. I enjoy showing off the beauty of God's world with photography and spending time with my lovely wife. I have always enjoyed photography and in the early 90's took a two year course. I then opened a photography service doing weddings, portraits, and youth sports leagues while still working as a auto tech. for a used car dealership. I was photographing over 2000 kids a year plus weddings. In 1998 I had a heart attack and decided to close the business down. I still worked as a tech and in 2000 had a major heart attact which lead to 4 bypasses. Being hardhead I went back to work as a tech. In 2007 I changed to a service manager for the same dealer. In April 2009 I decided to retire. My youngest daughter talked me into getting back into photography. It's a lot different than in the old 35mm days but I'm getting used to it. I use a Canon XS and XT camera, 75x300mm and 28x105mm Canon lenses, and a Canon Pro9000 Mark II printer which will print up to 13 x 19. It uses 8 cartridges and Canon states the images will last over 100 years.
