Established in the stone age Selsey is a seaside town in West Sussex on the south coast of England and lies at the southernmost point of the Manhood Peninsula. It has a rich history with the sea and was historically associated with smuggling but now houses a RNLI Shannon class lifeboat. It has a wealth of interesting properties including numerous thatched properties and many houses of different styles some featuring house and garden walls with inset beach stones.
