The Story: The Altar of the Soul ​Before Hagane was a man, he was a spirit fire (Onibi) drifting in the frozen silence of the Void. To the left and right, the twin Torii gates of the spirit world channel energy from the constellations. The Kaijin Water Dragon coils tightly around the blue flame, providing the crushing pressure needed to turn fire into steel. Above them all, the Great Golden Kitsune—the Spirit of the Harvest—watches with glowing eyes, ensuring that the warrior’s soul is balanced with wisdom and prosperity. ​The waterfall of light flowing from the forge represents the "First Spark"—the energy that would eventually descend into the golden rice paddies of Earth to become the baby Hagane.
